Gizem is the Operations & People Partner at STG Partners, responsible for the firm’s operational infrastructure, technology processes and human resources strategy.
Gizem has worked in law firm operations for over 15 years, in both hands-on and leadership capacities, progressing from Executive Assistant to Partners to Office Manager and ultimately to Director of Operations (COO). In addition to 360-degree office operations, she also has a strong track record in international event management, having been involved in the organization and coordination of numerous international conferences held in Türkiye. STG Partners’ corporate event operations are likewise managed by her.
At STG Partners, Gizem manages operational and administrative processes, while also driving the firm’s technology and AI strategy. She is responsible for researching, sourcing and integrating legal-tech and AI-based products into the firm’s systems and workflows, and is also accountable for the actions the firm takes on the technology front and the technological approaches it develops. In addition, she oversees STG Partners’ digital brand management and manages business development activities, including relationships and processes with third-party vendors and partners.
Gizem supports clients’ administrative needs outside of their legal processes with STG Partners, contributing to client satisfaction.
She also leads the preparation of the firm’s corporate and administrative documents, and heads the Human Resources function, covering recruitment, performance management and human resources strategy.
